Organisational development
It’s the successful organisations that know how to enhance purposefully in order to address and overcome future challenges. The enduring professional dispute within the community of consultants (concerning the question which issues should be labelled PE or OE) shall not be continued at this point.
The selection of topics customised for their relevant organisations is especially significant for my work. They usually require an open processing, for example within the scope of a workshop. In order to come to the point, a detailed analysis of the initial situation as well as a basic definition of the goal is necessary for the workshop.
Subsequently the implementation may start, for example when…
- a process of change within the organisation shall be initiated and accompanied
- working areas are rearranged structurally and organisationally
- the management and the team work together in developing measures to implement the goal
- mediation and conflict resolution is required within the team
- roles, assignments and responsibilities shall be reorganized within a working area
