The con­stant pres­su­re to adapt to a glo­ba­li­sed world per­pe­tual­ly forces us to recon­ci­le the exis­ting know­ledge and the acqui­red com­pe­ten­ces, read­just and enhan­ce them.

At this point con­tem­pora­ry human resour­ce deve­lop­ment needs to step in and offer tailo­red qua­li­fi­ca­ti­ons for various tar­get groups wit­hin the orga­ni­sa­ti­on.

The semi­nar its­elf con­cen­tra­tes on inst­ruc­tive talks, case hand­ling and a con­cre­te refe­rence to the par­ti­ci­pants’ deman­ds. Theo­ry and prac­tice always go hand in hand.

In addi­ti­on to the con­tent of my work the appro­pria­te learning envi­ron­ment should not be neglec­ted – active dis­cus­sions, a kind and easy inter­ac­tion as well as enjoy­ing my job is what cha­rac­te­ri­zes me in my work with the par­ti­ci­pants.
